One Liberty Properties, Inc. is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. OLP acquires, owns and manages a geographically diversified portfolio consisting primarily of industrial properties. As of December 31, 2025, OLP owns 103 properties, including a property owned by a consolidated joint venture. The 103 properties are in 30 states.
